Syarat Individu untuk Menjadi Anggota Pacific Link?
Teknis: PC 486 (memori 8MB, hardisk 15 MB), Modem (USRobotics, Hayes, dll), Line Telepon, Windows 3.11 atau yang lebih tinggi, Software Starter Kit.

Administratif: Mengisi formulir pendaftaran, fotocopy identitas, fotocopy Kartu Kredit dan menyerahkannya segera ke Pacific Link melalui pos, fax, atau di lokasi-lokasi Sign-up Centers. Atau anda dapat pula mendaftarkan diri anda langsung di Web Pacific Link! Setelah pembayaran anda lakukan, anda akan memiliki jalur memasuki dunia maya yang luas.
